Mea Culpa

I am aghast, nay, horrified, that I have allowed my blog to languish unattended for so long.

I blame the weather. The long, dry, blisteringly hot summer has kept me in the garden from dawn to dark trying to keep my plants alive. Those closest to the house have survived, but the trees and shrubs in the nether reaches of the garden are struggling, and only time will tell if winter rain will perk them up again. Nature has its defences and I live in hope.

In addition, of course, I’ve been writing. The result is Legacy of Steel, Book Four in The Tarnished Crown series, due for release on 28th August 2026.
